Hagley Commercial
Hagley have been operating as a dedicated resource in the commercial market since 2017. In this time, much has been achieved, and the team is proud to have been involved in many high profile projects around Christchurch and the wider South Island, including Christchurch earthquake rebuild anchor projects such as the Shirley Boys-Avonside Girls High School buildings, the central Parakiore Sports Facility and the rebuilt QEII pool & buildings.
Other recent and current projects include the Blum showroom in Wigram, EBB Hotel Dunedin, Sudima Christchurch City, Selwyn Aquatic extension, Te Pou Toetoe: Linwood Pool, and The Spire hotel apartments.
Our team have a diverse range of backgrounds, skills and qualifications, and include project managers, QS and estimators, designers and detailers, specialist installations and structural glazing staff.
Since 2020 we have had our own dedicated office and factory space, on the Hagley site in Waterloo Business Park, providing the space necessary to handle even the biggest projects!
A versatile range of commercial joinery
We offer a range of commercial window systems suitable for low to medium rise buildings. Fully proven in commercial projects around New Zealand, the range includes shopfront suites, commercial suites for mainstream and specialised uses, flushglaze and structural glaze systems, glazing bars for vertical or sloped glazing and commercial door systems.
Designed by Architectural Profiles Ltd (APL), New Zealand’s leading window systems supplier, the range is used by the nationwide network of Vantage fabricators.
40mm window series
A varied, multi-product window system based on a 40mm frame platform. For low to high rise applications. Glazed frames and sashes for general commercial applications.
80mm and 100mm Shopfront
A window system for shopfront locations, generally at ground level and in protected situations up to 6000mm in height. Can incorporate opening sashes from the 40mm Window series.
Magnum Commercial Doors
A versatile and robust commercial door system that can be hinged, pivoted, or sliding. Designed for mainstream and advanced commercial locking systems.
100mm, 125mm, and 150mm Flushglaze System
Three systems with different levels of performance, all suitable for shopfront and medium rise commercial applications. Glazing is near flush with the outside face, reducing the visual effect of aluminium as viewed from the outside. Can be used as a strip curtain wall system and can be structurally glazed vertically to minimise the impact of aluminium beads.
125mm, 150mm, and 168mm Structural Glaze System
Three systems with different levels of performance available, designed for low to high rise applications. Structural Glaze is a fully panelised system, where the glazing is on the outer edge of the extrusions, reducing the visual effect of aluminium as viewed from the outside. The 168mm system has a thermally insulated and shielded option available.
APL Architectural Series
APL Architectural Series of high-performance windows and doors are meticulously designed for both architectural homes and apartments, and commercial settings. Assured strength and versatility with a recommended door height of 2.7m, however doors can potentially be higher depending on site conditions. These large formats are suitable for most weather and environmental conditions.
This range can be used with ThermalHEART® technology for enhanced thermal performance.
Metro Series
Metro Series is all about clean lines and a contemporary look. It is a stylish and heavy-duty range, suitable for residential and architectural applications. These large-sized formats are capable of handling a wide range of weather conditions, engineered to stringent strength requirements. Recommended door height of 2.4m, however doors can potentially be higher depending on site conditions.
This range can be used with ThermalHEART® technology for enhanced thermal performance.
